Replace standard size disposable air filters or clean
washable air filters as needed including electronic air cleaners
Clean, inspect, and lubricate blower motor and wheel
Check all electrical wiring and connections
Check temperature differential across evaporator coil
Check evaporator coil
Check ductwork
Check thermostat for proper operation
Check and clean condenser coil if needed
Check refrigerant charge (freon) for proper level
Check compressor operation and amperage
