The point of sale was professional and complete. I was sold the system I wanted. The entire crew arrived with the equipment exactly when they were expected. I have always been very satisfied with the service that you guys have provided for me over the years. The key is that I trust Kendall and Wayne, they are the most honest people in the HVAC business. Kendall and Wayne have been such a help not only with service but with really great advice. I have called them and they can talk me through a lot of issues.

Water from my A/C pan (not The Comfort Pros install) leaked through two ceilings. Comfort Pros responded to my calls within hours with suggested remedies. The professional, trustworthy team directed by Kendall installed a new unit and cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful experience working with them.

Comfort Pros is the only AC company that I know of that tries to save me money every time they come out, instead of seeing how much they can charge me.

I called Kendall and he came out on a Saturday and looked at my AC. We had to replace everything. We'd been without AC for almost a week with 107 degree temps. He took it upon himself to get everything ordered ASAP and get it installed the very next day. Very positive, polite and awesome company. His sister Kim is a great lady to do business with in the office. Thank you for a job well done. You made me feel like you really care about the people who need you. I will definitely recommend The Comfort Pro's to anyone who needs AC/Heating results. This company actually care and they have hugh hearts!!!!

Contacted The Comfort Pros one morning when I noticed my AC line outside was froze. They were friendly, and got me right on the list for service. By 12:15pm Nathan, and Jose were at the door. Diagnosed the problem within 20min, and had it up and running in 30min. Completely honest about what was wrong, and the price was not bad at all. Definitely referring, and using these guys in the future.

I can not say enough kind words about your company! I called freaking out, because our AC unit was pouring water through our ceiling! The woman in the phone was so extremely kind and got a technician out (after hours). He was so understanding, patient with our toddler (who talks non stop), patient and friendly with our dogs, and found the problem, fixed it, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg!! I am SO THANKFUL!! Super people, honest, down to earth, great service and value.... won't use anyone else

In March (2022) Comfort Pros, out of Leonard TX, replaced my furnace and the central air conditioning evaporator in the attic of my very old house. They also enlarged our main return duct and added a new vent in my den. Comfort Pros was very patient with us as we explored options and debated what needed to be done and what we could afford. They were always very polite, understanding and never condescending. They did not try to up-sell anything either. Both the office staff and the techs who do the work were a pleasure to converse with. The techs were very conscious about making any kind of a mess. They work quickly quietly, and cleanly. You will be hard pressed to find better people. And of course, the whole HVAC system works wonderfully now. Out here it is becoming very hard to find quality home repair or maintenance people. Now that we are a bit older, we can not do it all our selves. We need some help now and then. Thank goodness I can count on Comfort Pros!!!!!!!!!!!

Kendall gave me a quote for replacing an aging unit, and answered every question that i could come up with. Bryan and the crew came out exactly when they said they would, did a fast and thorough installation, got it all set up and working. I will be using them for any future AC issues. Thanks Kendall!
